Nice Riesling notes on the nose but not too obvious or prominent. Flowery, talcum powder aromas. Sharp acidity the highlight of the light bodied palate, lots of fruit concentration, slight sweet but with tons of cleansing and bright acidity on the palate to balance the sweetness. Typical lime and lemon sorbert flavours bring up the rear of this very enjoyable and pleasing wine. An almost effervescent quality of the the wine. They really should be making more Riesling of this style in Australia
